MACHINE CONSTRUCTION


1.	PAPER ROLL STAND
	Paper rolls are lifted up by air cylinder. Equipped with friction brake and paper roll stoppers.Horizontal adjustment by handle.Magnetic brake available at option.
2.	HANDLE MAKING UNIT,504TH/546T
	The handle making unit makes the handles(twisted paper rope handle or folded paper handle).
3.	HANDLE INSERTING UNIT
	Handles made by handle making unit are fed and inserted to the web.
4.	FORMING UNIT
	Complete with forming plates and gusset adjusting rolls. NC system available at option.
5.	MAIN BODY
	Complete with web draw unit,cutting unit,opening cylinder and big cylinder. Cutting length can be changed by replacing of the cutting gear(in 10mm steps).
6.	DELIVERY UNIT
	The delivery unit is arranged for the delivery of bags vertically and equipped with digital bag counter.
